What exactly happens at the consultation?+
You'll have a personalised skin assessment, a 1:1 assessment with your dedicated therapist, and you'll leave with a written protocol built around your skin's specific aging pattern. It takes around 60 minutes.
Do I need to pay for the consultation?+
The skin aging consultation is $100, and you receive a $100 credit towards your custom skin program when you start. There is no obligation to enroll.
How soon will I see visible results from the protocol?+
Most clients notice brighter, healthier-looking skin within 4 to 6 weeks, with firmness and texture visibly improving around the 12 to 16 week mark.
What makes this different from other anti-aging treatments?+
We don't sell single facials. We diagnose what is actually aging your skin beneath the surface, then build a sequenced protocol of in-clinic treatments and at-home support around it.
Is there any downtime after the treatments?+
It depends on the treatments in your protocol. Most are same-day social, and where downtime applies we plan it with you in advance.
Can I spread the cost over the 4 months?+
Yes. Programs can be paid across the length of your protocol, and your therapist will walk you through the options at your consultation.
What happens if I'm not happy with my results?+
We track your progress with follow-up assessments at each milestone and adjust your protocol as your skin responds, so nothing is left to chance.
